Application fee per applicant: $75.00
Security Deposits: $500 - $1,000, based on screening results
Administrative fee: $200.00
Pet fee at move-in, non-refundable: $300.00
Monthly pet fee per animal: $20.00
Storage units: $35 - $50 monthly
Parking: $60 - $115 monthly
Pest: $2.00
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly billed 30 days in arrears
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $50 per billing cycle
Water/Sewer/Trash billing Fee: $3.25 monthly
Remote Setup Fee: $25.00
NSF Fee: $50.00
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the third (3) of the month, is $75.00
Termination Fee: 85% of the monthly rent
Pet Policy
Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 35 lb each | One time Fee $300
Rent $20
Comments: Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $300 due at move-in and $20 monthly fee. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 35 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.
The Kirby is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
