Application fee per applicant: $75
Security Deposit/Holding Deposit: $500
Security Deposit - Additional: $250
Security Deposit - Maximum: $500
Administrative fee: $200
Pet fee at move-in, non-refundable: $300
Monthly pet fee per animal: $20
Storage units: $35-$50 monthly
Garage - Small: $35
Garage - Medium: $50
Garage - Large: $65
Monthly Resident- Garage Parking Covered: $85
Parking Garage Uncovered: $60
Parking Penthouse Garage: $115
Package/Parcel Setup Fee: $15
Water/Sewer/Trash/Pest: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Utility Billing Fee: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $50 per billing cycle
Remote Setup Fee: $25
NSF Fee: $50
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the third (3) of the month, is $75
Termination Fee: Two-monthsof rent
Apartment Transfer Fee: $350
Pet Policy
Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 35 lb each | One time Fee $300
Rent $20
Comments: Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $300 due at move-in and $20 monthly fee. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 35 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.
The Kirby is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
